Launching the game Fullscreen works perfectly, runs very smooth with no problems I have seen yet. But windowed has a problem I'm hoping someone has a solution to. If I open morrowind.exe or the launcher and run the game windowed, then the video is glitched and shows what WAS on my screen a minute before the game was opened even if I have closed that program. The audio from the intro videos plays but the image is still broken. I will post a screen shots on request if you want (and if you tell me a simple/easy (preferably no login) image hosting website).

I would recommend running the Wine configuration utility and telling it to use a virtual desktop and running the game full-screen within the virtual desktop window.
