Ok,I have backups of everything, the reinstall only affected my C Drive, so I just need to get Oblivion reinstalled.

I'm thinking the best way of doing it would be to rename my current Oblivion Directory to something else, then install Oblivion, then swap the names. Then copy my backup profiles and save games into the newly created folder.
