Hi guys basically the other day I bought oblivion I installed it but, Everything is in slow motion, but its not the fact my settings are too high, its everything in slow motion. This is an annoying bug and Iwas hoping you guys could shed some light for me on this. I have searched on google but nothing has worked.

Either you are in the wrong forum, or you have little interest in an answer. For a console game, that would be all you needed to write. This is the PC platform tech discussion forum. Where is the DATA related to the problem?
