Nein. You need an actual GPU in order to even have a chance.

And you don't have that much memory. That's space. There's a big difference between RAM amount and HDD capacity.

I have 3 gbs of ram.
and 150 gbs of free space.
I can handle Mount and blade warband on it plus all of the original dawn of war games.

Doesn't matter.

Oblivion is a different game. Running one game != running another.

GMA is integrated. It is very weak in processing graphics. The Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge versions, i<4 digits as opposed to 3>, changed that. It's better, but still weak.

It is only good for basic web browsing and games that are not really that demanding in terms of graphics. Oblivion requires a much better chip, an actual GPU as opposed to an integrated one, for best results.

Oblivion is a lot more hardware demanding than most of the other games out there in the world. It wants a REAL video card, that can handle hardware transform, and lighting.... The integrated chipset you have might spoof it thru drivers... but, performance is gonna be piss poor. You might be able to manage with Oldblivion..... but, it doesn't like so good...... (though, requires less video hardware to run the game.)

Chances are REAL good that the game won't run worth a darn, if at all, on that machine.... and unfortunately, upgrading the vid solution isn't really an option.

4600 series is pretty good, how high you can set things depends a lot on what other hardware is in there. Best advice? Try it and see what happens. If it runs really well, bump some settings up, if it doesn't, turn some settings down. :D
