Human Revolution is sub par. Really disappointed with it compared to the original.

okay watched the trailer for deus ex....looks like an action game where you just follow a linear story......not intersested in that.....I want to create a character and head out into a world, doing what I choose........so what, if any, games provide this better than fallout and the elder scrolls?......I know I asked about "better games than skyrim" at the end of my comment but I meant to keep it in the open world action rpg setting............

Saints Row 2.
I consider Skyrim and Saints Row 2 to be on the same level of RPG meaning: bugger all.
So Saints Row 2.
I can run naked in it, as a transixual, with C4, causing mayhem.
Can I do that in Skyrim?
No.
SR2 is better.

What? Can you do that in Fallout? And I think you mean Saints Row 3...
