I have to say that my favorite is without a doubt, the Confirmed Bachelor perk. I just wish it would work on Boone! I also like the cannibal and ghastly scavenger perks. (You lose karma every time you feast on a corpse) I would say that Grim Reapers Sprint is pretty useful as well, even though it was much more useful in three.
