I try to boot up my game and it barely flashes the changing slides thing before it just completely "Fallout 3 Has Stopped Working"

I have opened up mod manager and for some reason Fallout3.esm wasn't first in the load order, so fixed that and it still had the same crash.

I tried disabling my other Esms to see if that fixed it but Still to no avail.

The first time it crashed when windows live tried to boot up, so I like toblame windows live so I have even more reason to antagonize that program, but I'm aware that might not be the problem. I've tried verifying the integrity of my cache files, still no improvement

I'd realy appreciate help because I want to play this game.
