If you have the book, it's on page 64. The sentence reads:

"Rose was blooming in the east by the time they scaled the last of the stairs and stood on the moss and low ferns on the flat summit of the tabletop"

Shouldn't it be "http://climber.org/reports/images/1500/1514-DevilsCragWestFaceBIG.jpg", or something similiar, instead of "http://woodgears.ca/table/table_top.jpg"?

I didn't know the term although I might have guessed the author meant something similar to Table Mountain. If I'd been the author I'd just have written plateau I think.

He refers to the moon Secunda as "Secundus" in Lord of Souls. That bugged me.

"mesa" is spanish for "tabletop." If the editors missed the swap of "depended" for "descended" in both books, why not one bum autotranslate?
