theres a room in arcane downstairs,cant remember its name but ive never been able to get in,says it needs a key.where do i get this key?

If you mean the orrery, you need The Orrery Pack plug-in in order to get the key to enter. In vanilla Oblivion that key simply doesn′t exist, nor the room itself

It's something of a neat quest if you can get the plugin. It's something of a tease that the door exists even without the plugin, but it is a nice quest if you feel like doing it.

The reward is cool, if not terribly useful. I enjoy just standing in the orrery for a while.
