I'm sure this bug has been discussed here before, but since I've had a hard time digging up the old threads I decided to ask it here.

I have Uvirith's Legacy installed, which gives the player three possible companions. In my attempts to adventure with them, it sometimes gets to the point where my having very high athletics skill seems to disrupt their warping scripts. If I run through several cells before they catch up with me, they vanish, only to be replaced by a black "shade" of their former selves. Sometimes this bug corrects itself; other times I just have to reload.

My question is, is there any way to fix this bug in-game without having to reload? Would another solution be to give my companions items with constant effect fortify speed? It's really annoying and makes traveling with companions more of a chore than fun, so I really hope there is a solution out there :/
