Morrowind Enemy Kill Console sethealth 0 error

"EDIT" The Problem was fixed, and it seems that the proplem lied with Darknut's Greater Dwemer Ruins and Lichcraft 2

Help! About a month ago, I ordered a copy of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year Edition, And I Enjoyed the Living Crap out of it, However, starting 2 Days Ago, Every Time I Kill an enemy I get two windows that pop up where the subtitles should be and the usual UGGHHHHHH! sound when an enemy dies doesn't play. The windows look like this:

Why is this happening? and also, when I use the console (~) to kill an enemy using the command sethealth 0: I get This Error Window:

Cany somebody please help? I have done the Windows 7 Fix(New folder in :C/) and I have Reinstalled 3 times! Please Help Me!!!!

It looks like a mod is adding a script, and from the RunFunction error, the mod needs MWSE and you don't have it. Please post any mods you're using, and try adding MWSE.

Thank you very much!!! :obliviongate: I Thank you, because I only noticed this error after downloading Darknut's Greater Dwemer Ruins, which, ironically, in my opinion, pales in comparison to the Vanilla Ending.

Im trying MWSE now!

Only use one of these. Not both!
Be sure to Update/Repair your save with Wrye Mash after disabling one of them.

Also, I believe the error is from vn_lichcraft2_alt.esp
