Hello everyone I am back, I am wondering if you can download mods onto a flashdrive and hook it up to the computer that your game is on and use the mod, thanks for you're help.

Would New Vegas have any way to know that the mod's files are on the flash drive? No. You'd have to copy them from the flash drive to New Vegas's data folder then enable the mods in the New Vegas launcher or via FOMM or NMM.

You can download files to a flash drive, then copy them from a flash drive to another computer to use them. Yes.

You won't be able to use the mods directly from the flash drive though (I mean, under normal circumstances), they'll need to be copied/moved from the flash drive to the computer with New Vegas on it.
