Strange Leveling

I got the three DLCs for Fallout New Vegas on Steam so I should have stopped at Level 45 but for some raisin I still gaining Levels. Any word? Lol I got the Raisin from OWB.

I assume you're playing on the PS3? If so, there's a glitch thats been happening since the latest patch for the PS3.
