The terms cool and practical might seem different to most people, but if you're like me they're one in the same. Might I recomend http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10763#

I see. That's not really what I was looking for though.

I meant something that just improved their appearance.

As far as the UI is concerned you won't find much outside of DarNified or Dark (which is the same thing but a different shade/color). If you want to change the appearance of the loading screens, or main menu, then I suggest browsing the "UI" section of TSNexus provided http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/cat.php?id=42 Good hunting, mon ami.

I used BTmod + Immersive Interface for a long time. I recently switched to DarNified UI, and I will NEVER GO BACK! DaNnified UI is simply amazing, it looks way better than Immersive Interface and is HIGHLY customizable and makes the text smaller and better looking, changes the map and the activator icon.

You just have to try it and see!

Darnified UI can be considered to be BTMod 2.0. It actually used BTMod's code as the foundation. When looking at DarNified UI's xml code, the original comments from BTMod is still there.

So "conflict" is not the right word, but rather that it will update and enhance everything in BTMod.

I hybridized a copy of Immersive Interface with DarnUI because although DarN did lots of nice stuff, I disliked the HUD portions and wanted my nice simple II setup that suited me well for so long.

Personally I use http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11280
Which I am more than happy with.

There's a BCF to make it a BAIN install mod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34414
and an addon to make UI changes stick (if you want something other than default and would rather not go through the manual route to do so): http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34792
