Further weaponapparel balancing and improvements

alright I know u guys worked hard to do this the first time and I think I speak for all fans when we say thank you and we appreciate it. but the last patch kind of just helped out guns and explosives. on these forums people say you guys need to "show some love to the energy weapons and heavy armor fans" and I agree. Like for example the recarger rifle the gun u and obsidian were ranking so highly pre game turned out to be one of the worst energy weapons in game. now I'm not saying that this all I (or we) want you guys to work on its just what i see people complaining the most about on these forums. So I ask you the publishers of this game go to obsidian and re balance anything you missed in the previous patch that you could add on.

Also if bethsda does look at this you guys the FANS and Players of this game can help out by suggesting some re balances that you think should be made and explain why. (please keep it reasonable and not over powered)

For EX: Varmint Rifle switched to .22lr rounds and have x1 limb damage and bonus critical chance. (because I feel that this weapon is too weak to be chambered in 5.56 rounds and If it does switch to this round it should have the same effects that pretty much every other gun that chambers this round has.)

Obsidian made New Vegas, unless you are also implying this to future Fallouts that Bethesda is likely to make IMO

More love?.really?

We have enoough "Love" for both Energy Weapons and heavy armors,

I preffer them to concentrate on bugs and othet stuff rather then "balancing"

You mean Light Armors? I thought Heavy Armors have been getting the shaft.

Alright I'm just saying that because i was seeing a lot of complaints about those two things. I just want them to fix up weapons and if u don't like it why did u even click on this?

The Anti material rifle needs bonus crit chance (2x) and bonus crit damage.

well i pearsonally don't think so It seems to be a really good weapon as is and the sniper rifle may have better dps but the anti-material rifle is more a one hit kill weapon so i'd say it's good where it's at. But I do think in a dlc they should add a unique version of the anti-material rifle.

Recharger Rifle- higher damage (too make up for its 7 shots that need to be paced out to use the weapon effectivley also this weapon is a rifle and it's worst then it's pistol counter part so I think should be better so it gives people reason to use the weapon mid-game. I would use a laser pistol before i used a recharger rifle in this a game with it's current stats.

Guns: Fine as is.

Energy Weapons: Need to consume less ammo and degrade slower.

Melee: Needs more mods and should hae special moves.

Unarmed: needs more mods and special moves.

Exlposives: Needs to do less damage to you and more damage to enemies, ammo is way to rare and expensive.

Light Armor: Fine as is.

Medium Armor: Needs a benefit over the good light armors (sierra madre reinforced, joshua grahams armor).

Heavy Armor: No real reason to use them, needs a perk maybe.
