for some reason my consel button wont work and cant cheat . i have downloaded OBES and tried everything i can (all diff types of mods) and nothings working please help.

In your documents folde,r there should be a folder called My Games, and in that, a folder named Oblivion.
In ther,e there is a file named Oblivion.ini
Open this with Notepad.
And search for this,
bAllowConsole=

And make sure the number after the = is 1. If it is one, and you still can't use the console, then theres nothing you can do, that I know of atleast..
