I'm surprised at how this thread has been 4 pages of wrong

It's pronounced 'fuh-ged-a-boud-it' in a heavy new york italian accent.

It is dead, but some poeple enjoy using it. That wouldn't make it a language ready to be used by countires again. It is dead, but not forgotten.

It's not dead. The fact that many people still use it, like you said, means it's not dead. Plus, don't schools still offer Latin classes?

Dead as it isn't spoken in any country as a language, thus it's dead.

When I first saw Dean I thought awesome, but I hated his voice. One it wasn't like any other ghoul voice, and it sounded... I don't know it was just off.

Agreed, though, tbh, I think that's what creeped me out about him now that I think about it.

Maybe his voice wasn't like any other ghoul is because his voice made him rich? He has the throat of a unicorn!

It's not dead. It's enjoyed by an enclave of people around the world, similar to Fallout 1 and 2. I'm taking Law and there is quite a bit of latin in there. Stare Decisis ,Quid Pro Quoand In loco parentis come to mind.
When I say dead I mean no one speaks it, like if you went to say Italy, they'd be speaking Italian not Latin and the UK speaks English not Latin.
The only time we use it these days is when studying history or medical terminlogy.

Actually, his name was officially pronounced as 'Ki-Zar' by the romains. Still here, in Belgium, we pronounce his name as Ki-zar.
