Thread to restore the glory that is Cliffracers in Skyrim!

What about non-flying Cliffracers? Like penguins!

Just imagine you're running through the northern tundra, 5 bears skins on your back from recent hunts, when suddenly you hear http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgMgUehD1Tw. You turn to see a host of waddling Glacier-racers! You could try to outrun them, but they'd just flip on their bellies and slide right up behind you.

Cute and cuddly boys.... :toughninja:

No. Just no. Never again. Saint Jiub did such a good job, we should never have to live through the evil of Cliffracers again. That and the firey destruction of Morrowind should insure their defeat, and extinction, is everlasting.

Cliff Racers were driven out of Vvardenfell before its destruction! Ironically their greatest enemy saved them.

Perhaps they flew to some mystical paradise, they realise a world that would send scum like St. Jiub after them after all they had done to safeguard it, didn't deserve them or the preptection they offered against the dragons.

If Cliffracers are made present on Skyrim, nuking them all will be my first mod. No question. I won't even start a file beforehand, it'll be straight to the CS.

Granted, there's something to be said for Marksmen fodder, but I plan on making dragons my favored target for that. Assuming I even decide to use ranged combat in the slightest. Nothing more fun than a sturdily-built Orcish warrior with a Daedric Beat-Stick at their disposal.

That was the precise reason that back when I played on the Xbox I made my Ring of Divine Death (using Almalexia's soul of course). Something like 50 pts of Shock damage with a 80 foot range. Jackasses never knew what hit them.

I voted for 10x...

BUT only under the condition that the devs use the same models as the cliff racers from Morrowind, and the same sound effects, and the same A.I.

...if that can't be done, I want napalm bats instead.

The number of cliff racers per cell (interior and exterior) should be the same number that is your level.

-WAIT! 2^# that is your level. So at level 20 you encounter 1048576 cliff racers per cell.

Yeap, that sounds appropriate to me.

Noble Members of the Imperial Elder Council!
As we all know insurgents are pushing for the ideas of implementing the evil abominations known as "cliff racers" into Skyrim. These ideas have even climbed up to the highest echelon of command. This most sacred Elder Council. However any person with a sane mind knows that the cliff racers are the pets of Mehrunes Dagon, the sister of Jagar Tharn, the brother of the Wolf Queen! We cannot let these abominations stalk our lands again. Ever.
Therefore I, Councillor Braskus Ocerallus of the Most Divine city of Anvil, ask our Noble Sovereign, Emperor Titus Mede, May the Divines bless his name and rule, to in all haste, swiftly and immediately use his veto right to stop this most heathenish and devilish idea to ever stalk Skyrim.

For the Empire!

Cliff racers are supposed to be all over Morrowind. (Or was it just Vvardenfell?) So if that's the case then there could (and should) be some lurking around in the border areas. And it would be a great pun if the devs throw some into Skyrim.

But.. Holy macaroni, I hated those dreadfully annoying beasts. I think I must have slaughtered billions of those.

None, really.

UNLESS.... Skyrim Cliffracers are ridden by norse maidens taking promissing heroes for a ride to Valhalla. Hey, maybe thay could even be THE Skyrim's fasttravel system, like you hear them do that awful sound and immediately pops up your worldmap, so all you have to do is choose destination and 'imagine' that you just beat them running.
