what ever happen to Umbriel

Sorry,i copy and pasted,i don't know nothing about this Flying city.Umbriel is inhabited by a variety of races and creatures that were "svcked up" by Umbriel at some point. They mention that Mere-Glim is the first Argonian they've ever encountered but eventually it will create more like him. The book never goes into detail about where the other races are from or even so much as names any of the other then the hobs and scamps.
Skyrim is around 160 years after the events in The Infernal City so other then some occasional lore easter eggs I doubt we'll hear much about it. My guess is it get's destroyed or sent back to Clavicus's sphere so I wouldn't count on hearing much about it in Skyrim. I expect to see more influence of the destruction of Morrowind and the fact that the remaining mainland has been taken over by Argonians. Dunmer have basically lost their homeland and the Dunmer cities in eastern Skyrim and Solstheim are the last refuge of their race

What happened to Umbriel:
Attrebus and Sul retrieved Umbra (the sword), and then plunged it into the Ingenium (the soul svcking machine that was keeping the city afloat). Meer-Glim was then able to mind-link with the trees (which were close relatives of the Hist of Black Marsh) and they were able to send the city back to where the trees originally came from. It's not said where exactly this is, just that it's another dimension and is rather jungly. Here's the description of it from the http://www.imperial-library.info/content/lord-souls-lore-notes:
