Ps3 version

I'm doing the Civil War, Imperial side. I was told by Legate Rikke to go assist the soldiers and invade Fort Dunstad. When I get close to the fort, I get a message saying "Completed:Meet Soldiers, Enemies remaining 100%" When I get in to the Fort, there is not a single stormcloak soldier, neither inside the structure or out. I have no way to complete the quest and progress the civil war quest line.

I looked this up on the wiki and tried the available solutions but nothing has worked. Does anyone know of a fix to this? Or, is this another example of Bethesda's fine and unmatched ability to create a game with countless bugs and broken quests?

Don't worry about it, PoeticNightmare. A few weeks ago I reported a thread for being in the wrong forum only to realize, seconds after I hit the Report button, that it was in the right forum. I get lost myself. It gets confusing around here with all these different forums. It was easier to keep track of things when there was only the Morrowind forums.

Lol thank you! It is a bit confusing especially since I have migrated from Gamefaqs. Though, this is a much better site with a MUCH nicer community.
