Will any graphics cards today allow me to run hdr and aa within the in game settings of oblivion?

Yeah, just run HDR through the game settings and force AA through the CCC/Nvidia control panel

so do all any 2010-2011 nvidia graphics cards allow this?

none yet, I am buy a gaming pc soon to play morrowind oblivion and skyrim on max but im waiting for the system requirements to come out for skyrim. Any recommendations on what pc to buy. also I don't know how to build one so ill just get a pre made one.

Building one is very simple, since the components will only really fit in the place that they are meant to go. But if you want prebuilt what budget are you looking at? Do you need a monitor, keyboard/mouse or speakers as well?
