Between the Kamal, Tsaesci, and Ka Po' Tun

Which one of them do you think would have the strongest army? and which side might be the dominant power in Akavir right now? 200 years ago, it was the tiger dragons, what about now?

Dragons have returned. If this effects places other than Skyrim, the Ka'Po'Tun would be hell powerful.

If the Altmer are winning in Tamriel, the reverse is probably happening in Akavir. Instead of the Auriel-alligned tigers, the "Mannish" Tsaesci would be winning.

Maybe.

It's generally a 4 way tie, but normally it's the snake and tigermen. The Kamal are also quite powerful, are not active all that much, as they tend to freeze into ice cubes during the winter.

As for current state of affairs, [censored] who knows. Possibly the tigermen, as they have 1 dragon.

It's possible things have already changed greatly in Akavir. Especially if the majority of the lore we have on Akavir comes not from Uriel V's failed expedition, but from firsthand Akaviri accounts during the Second Empire.

Yeah, at this point, there is no use trying to talk about Akavir, because there is NOTHING about Akavir that's close to current! Then again, that has been my opinion since Oblivion, which was my first TES game.

It's all speculation. It'd be like looking at an old picture and saying, "Which one of these people is the best at baseball?". We know so little about the denizens of Akavir, there's no use in trying to gauge strength.

I'd expect DLC to be more likely.

But yeah, despite the tiger dragon king, I'm going with the vampire snake men.
