I know it's not the Jerall Mountains or the Dragontail Mountains, and according to this map here,

there is a mountain range between Skyrim and Hammerfell.

Since this location is crucial to my main character's story, I need to know the name of this Mountain Range.

I'm having trouble finding it on uesp.net

Thank you. I was confused by the fact the page Skyrim:Druadach Mountains states it seperates Skyrim from High Rock, not Skyrim from High Rock and Hammerfell.
