Ok this may or maybe not be a bad idea. But, I was thinking up of this idea but I don't know if it sound better as a add-on for Skyrim or for a new TES game?

The idea I throught up is called "The return of Jagar Tharn".

The only thing I throught for this is that, now Emperor Uriel Septim VII is dead, it been about 240 years pass now(on Oblivion it said it been 40 years between Arena & Oblivion, and it been 200 years between Oblivion & Skyrim) and by that time the spirit of Jagar Tharn could find a way back to the living(or that someone summon the spirit & that the spirit of J.T. possess whoever who summon him) and make himself look like the dead Emperor and trick people he is or he could do a different twisted scheme instead to Tamriel.

What you guys think of this small intro story I throught up for this idea? Or do you guys have a better way of Jagar Tharn returning?

EDIT: Sorry for all this sound lame, I just thinking of things for TES. (I probably should just leave the thinking and ideas to the pros.)

Jagar Tharn is deader than dead - He was just a man, his power stripped from him by the meddling of a rookie battlemage, then stabbed to death slowly and painfully. What other characters would you like to come back to life for arbitrary reasons? Tarhiel? King Lysandus? Lord Kavar? Hannibal Traven? Sjoring Hard-Heart?

Yeah...Jagar Tharn is as dead as you can get. Like, he's so dead that TVtropes probably has some silly name for how dead he is.

His soul didn't go to the Dreamsleeve. His soul was destroyed. Death via the Staff of Chaos is the most complete and utter death possible.
