Playing Daggerfall again, I have to disagree here. It feels too "artificial" compared to Skyrim and Oblivion, despite the realistic sizes of the cities and world. I like how in the later games, especially Skyrim, you can choose to just hang out around one city, doing local work. In Daggerfall, the quests enjoy flinging you across the kingdom too much, and the NPCs are too bland.

I mentioned Morrowind once and you assume all of what you wrote? Wow... Also you derailed my thread again.

Just going to ask for this thread to be closed because nobody is abiding by what I asked all potential posters to do. Just want to thank Scow and St. Jiub for destroying my thread.

Edited: It struck me that I was a bit less than polite in my close post, but this thread was a bit of an aggravating read. Sorry for the brusqueness.

The Skyrim forum is chock-a-block full of people venting their spleen and airing their displeasure with Skyrim, details both significant and trivial. This thread is not needed and it sure was not going well, the OP started out insulting many players, so that is never really helpful.

If you want to discuss a game, then discuss it in the appropriate forum.
