Better bodies mod

Post » Mon May 07, 2012 5:46 pm

So today I realized that the Better bodies mod completely make people nvde when you take their armor off. I don't want that so I disabled the mod in data files but it's still happening.

The mod or the game? Sorry I'm new to this.

The mod.
When you install Better Bodies, you should get to choose which version - nvde, Underwear or "Peanut Gallery" (nvde females, non-nvde males). :)

I was thinking about just getting rid of the mod altogether but I'm not sure how to do that either.

Why when you can install an underwear option like the vanilla game has?

just delete the esp and the both bb-folders in your datafiles meshes and textures.

Well I'm pretty sure this came with the Morrowind overhaul so I'm not exactly sure if I can do that.

That's probably the problem, I think.

Do you think there's a way to fix it or will I just have to wait for them to solve it?

Simply run Morrowind\MGSOO\MGSOOGUI.exe and select underwear version of better bodies (Misc tab) ;)

Ahhh. I get it. I haven't installed it yet, myself, but I know why it doesn't seem so easy now.

Okay, I would imagine what the overhaul did was automatically install the nvde version. Regardless of how they were installed, they will be in the following directories:

\Morrowind\Data Files\Meshes\bb\
\Morrowind\Data Files\Textures\bb\

What you need to do is replace the files in those folders with the non-nvde versions of those files. I have them in a 7z archive, which I would gladly send you through PM, if you would like.

EDIT: or do what KINGPIX said. :P

Yeah, MGSO Options is a program that you can use to change the installed options of the Overhaul on-the-fly.
So you should be fine ;)

are you sure that you are using Morrowind Overhaul?
If yes there should be a folder named MGSOO and a file named MGSOOGUI.exe in it.
Actually this is meant to be easy

Manually it shouldn't be hard to find as long as you know where you have installed the game.
