Are All the Little DLCs Worth $6?

It looks like steam has the deluxe version of Oblivion on sale ridiculously cheap right now. I've owned the GOTY version ever since it was first released, but I've never played all the little DLCs that come with the deluxe version. So, would they be worth it for only $6?

Yep, I just purchased it for steam as well. I mean $6.24 is cheaper than a digital album off amazon
