I'm having great difficulty locating & downloading this. Which version do I download & where do I download it from - I've already attempted to download a four part file but this is so confusing as it's not clear which .exe I use/or all of them?

I've tried to extract to desktop but keep getting corruption error message....

Would be much obliged if anyone can help !


I'm on Windows 7 Home/64 bit...

DL the 4 parts (2.0).. only extract the first one when you're done. That's usually the way to get it right.

You could try the official thread for the overhaul....it IS on the first page, and usually close to the top if you open your eyes....

Just so you're aware many mods/mod packs/overhauls etc are available at multiple sites (such as the Nexus or Planet Elder Scrolls or Elder Scrolls Wiki etc) and some are easier to download/access/get to work than others.

Browncoat was referring you to the release thread that actually has all the download links in it, because it was written by the author of the mod. You see, when a mod author releases a mod, he usually makes a release thread so that he can help all the people who need help in the same thread.

but was hoping there might be others who could answer a simple question without feeling the need to get all high and mighty !

I 'tried' reading the thread before I posted my question - but it didn't help very much - that's why I posted, but the good folks over on the Steam and Elder Scrolls Nexus forums were helpful and I now have overhauled Morrowind installed and working perfectly.
