Does anyone I is how to cant act the creators of the game, I tryed contacting them through this forum which led me to a few different sites before I got to a Bethesda studios thingy. But I'm a noob so idk what I'm doing lol

I assume your question for the devs is lore related, in which case your best bet may actually be posting it here in the forums.

Really depends on what you want to contact them for. If its lore, this forum really is your best place. For anything else, I'd suggest PMing http://www.gamesas.com/user/365941-gstaff/ or http://www.gamesas.com/user/589080-nick-breckon/, the community managers. While neither are developers, they are the ones who can answer questions on behalf of Bethesda. Fan art, blog submissions, and job applications have their own emails.

Really though, there's almost no reason to contact Bethesda directly. 99% of your questions can be answered right here on the forums.
