You can use http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7245 to use some sounds of Obliivon in your game. I'm not sure if the spell sounds are included but I assume so.

This requires that you have Oblivion installed on your computer as well, so as to not be an illegal mod.

Ah yes, that is the mod I was thinking of. You can use that, or try to do it yourself manually by comparing sounds after extracting the BSA's.
