okay so i have the Oblivion GOTY version for ps3 and it has worked perfectly for a while but suddenly the shivering isles has glitched.
whenever i go to the strange door there are always tons of shivering isles residents aswell as dark seducers and gold saints on the island attacking the bravil gaurd.
when at the shivering isles none of the golden saints or dark seducers are wearing any armour they just walk around with nothing.

any idea's how this was caused or how to get it fixed?

Are you sure it just isn't their armour as it is very minimal armour?

no i already completed shivering isles before so i know what their armour looks like, there just wearing underwear

They did include a nvde packet hidden in the game that was an easter egg for PC users as they could activate it at any time. This may have been activated somehow.
