Registration is disabled I assume due to spam, but cyrano was still around to ban the spammers. Is the project in an essentially dormant state? There was an update to Pax Redoran that *almost* came out from what I can gather, not to mention all of the work done on the project. Is it finished? Will it ever come back?

IIRC there were updates released last Fall. Cyrano comes around fairly regularly.
