Is it possible in the lore to use dragon shouts on allies? Such as elemental fury, could you use that on an ally to speed him up?

Seeing how the Shouts are formed based on the will of the shouter and their understanding of the words, the applications are pretty broad for an experienced user of the Thu'um.
