I sorta wish that PES would fix its rating system.

9.99 is pretty much the new 10 these days, it would seem. It's *still* inaccurate, except now even more obviously so.

Why can't they just round to the nearest whole/half/quarter/tenth number and be done with it?

They should make it conform to a normal distribution. Then it would be useful.
