I saw a screenshot of fallout 3, but the guy was wearing the super power armor from fallout 2 (the armor the enclave wore) and I've looked around but can't find anything; halp!

To my knowledge though there are two Power Armor mods that have plug-ins or otherwise include the Advanced Power Armour

Power Armour Revival and the Ultimate Classic Power Armor Compilation.
