What is the environment of Morrowind like north of Necrom, on the mainland, between Vvardenfell and the Telvanni Isles? Is it like the Ashlands, or is it fertile? Flat or hilly? Please help, this is for a fan fiction.

Though its not official it is the best guess when looking at eastern Morrowind.

But if you meant after the red year then its most likely going to be a ruined area from debris and such as well as some minor flooding but most likely by skyrim the entire region ended up returning to its normal state.
