Few others:
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=1051 by Leon 'pancreas' Medado
http://www.btinternet.com/~pirates.retreat/Sounds.htm by PirateLord (derived from Atmospheric Sound Effects)

Then there's http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=913 by Pumaman. That will work with Morrowind Sound Enhancement or Atmospheric Sound Effects, check the readme. It may work with PirateLord's mod but Expanded Sounds was released after Wilderness Sounds and I haven't heard anything definitive about compatibility.

And, if you have Oblivion, some muppet released http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7245.

IIRC, Morrowind Sound Enhancements changes the sound based on what kind of armour the PC is wearing. If you're asking if there's a mod which for each footstep plays a random footstep sound from a collection of footstep sounds then no, I don't know of one.

the best result can be achieved when you use ASE and exchange all the sounds with the sounds from Skyrim or Oblivion.
it takes days to have every sound replaced, then it takes weeks to test and remix the sounds but then youre done you will have some pretty nice atmoshpere on vvardenfell:

to have the the sounds not destroyed by the constant music, i used about 90 short music clips (from skyrim) and added 30 seconds of silence at the start. additionaly there are 8 long tracks + the intro track you hear at the beginning.

its a shame that we are not allowed to upload the skyrim sounds anywhere ...
