Does anyone know of any mods that contain anything like a bandolier of pockets? Or satchels? I found a satchel mod on PES but I'm sure I've seen things like that before. I'm looking to expand the Artificer look with some themed clothing.

Are the backpacks & satchels in the levelled lists? Cause I've never found a single one, only tons of new robes/shirts/skirts etc.

No. Only the clothing is in the lists and also not all of it, iirc.
