I'm looking for http://www.freewebs.com/mmcm/February.html#Mod78. I know this may be a long shot, since it looks like it was hosted only at mwsource.com which is dead and buried, but does anyone happen to have it?

This http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1223396-mod-detectives-xxii/ is for this kind of question, but it doesn't matter now since the mod appears to be gone for good which is a shame. I search with http://www.tessearch.com/ and on both http://mw.modhistory.com/, http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index without luck so the mod is lost unless someone has a copy of it.

On http://www.mwmythicmods.com/pirate.htm, Buccaneer Island is listed as having been authored by Olaf the Merchant. Since Markus Rajala appears to be from Finland, I would say they are the same person, but a search under the pseudonym might be worth trying. The page which mythicmods references is also defunct and I do not get any results from the wayback machine.

That link is broken and I just tried to search for it with the http://wayback.archive.org/web/ and I end up with the former forum of the old http://web.archive.org/web/20060627140956/http://www.tessource.com/ back in 2003 I think, so perhaps DarkOne knows something about this mod.

Perhaps Beardo has it ? I think he has a large collection of older mods.

Yeah, it looks like they're the same person. I found his account on the forum and his webpage link leads to a webcomic whose author is Rajala. I'll try to contact him.

I don't have his email, but you could try a PM , or look through the mod detectives threads as he is mentioned on there and you should be able to deduce if anyone is in contact with him. Ronin is i think.

I talked to Olaf_Merchant over email a few times back in the day. I'll see if I can dig him up, but I genuinely can't even remember what email address it was on, so don't hold out much hope
