Jackie Chan voicing the male Bosmer would be pretty cool.

Kevin Spacey to voice an especially talented mage, and Ken Watanabe to voice an Akavir warrior.

KNEEL BEFORE ZODD!

Terence Stamp as an aggressive military general or some such would be awesome.

Personally I wouldn't mind if there weren't any celebrity voice actors. That would allow for the entire budget to be used on bringing in a more diverse cast of voice actors, meaning rather than one voice being assigned to two or three races, you could have two or three voices being assigned to every race (for each six). Then get a unique voice actor for any major characters. Doesn't have to be a celebrity still, or even a remotely known actor... Just someone with a bit of experience doing voiceover work, who could be brought in on the cheap and still do a decent job. I'm not saying I want shoddy workmanship or anything, but there are tons of aspiring young actors out there (and old ones too) who would do the job at almost the same level of quality for FAR less compensation.

Basically this :
If it means we get less varied voices then I would have to say no to celebrity voices.

But if we're playing the "Bethesda has unlimited money, can do both celebrity and varied, competent voices" game :

Alan Rickman

BRIAN BLESSED!!!!!

Rowan Atkinson. :3 I need more sarcasm! Even Haskill couldn't quench my thirst.

And I'll add Stephen Fry.

Wasn't Terence Stamp already in Oblivion?

No one, thank you.

Its a shame how OB lost half its budget on Sean Bean, and Patrick Stewart. *wonders the true epic potential the game could have had* I really do not want to see this happen with Skyrim. js

WHERE DO ALL THESE PEOPLE KEEP GETTING THE IDEA THAT OBLIVION svckED BECAUSE OF PATRICK STEWART D:

That the voice acting suffered because of it, I understand, but geez. Fallout 3 had Liam Neeson, did Fallout 3 svck popsicles? For that matter, did Fallout 3's voice acting svck popsicles?

Brian Blessed, Rowan Atkinson, Stephen Fry... seconded (or thirded, or however many times they've been mentioned). Especially Brian as some sort of drunken Nord hero NPC; they'd have to adjust his volume way down, though, or players wouldn't hear things like dragon roars and gigantic explosions over his character's voice.

Four Words! Turd-Duck-Inn

All I'm saying.

Also, I think Zach Braff would make a good adoring fan.

Yep. As none other than Mankar Frakkin' Camoran.

I actually med some poisons for dealing with him that had fire damage and other fun effects, custom named "Red Sun Radiation." A paralytic poison was named "Giant Cellophane S of Justice!"

Fun times.

No, I take that back. Benedict Cumberbatch for anyone. He has such an awesome voice and I think he'd suit this sort of game nicely.
