There are a few - some are just load order sorting tools (LOST), others do additional things.

Look through the utilities section at Nexus for others:

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Timeslip will be doing one for FNV:
http://timeslip.users.sourceforge.net/

Hopefully he changes his mind, or Kaburke takes it on.

The New Vegas Mod Manager Snabbik linked to is a conversion of FOMM, not quite fully functional, but as close as we have for now.

You'll infact see that it is basically just a copy of Timeslip's FOMM...

As FOMM is an open source project, anyone willing to help porting it to New Vegas is welcome.
Take a look at the comment on the NVMM on the Nexus site.

From my inbox courtesy of Kaburke: " in short, it isn't the version I'm writing, but it isn't a fake either. They started with the FOMM source code and adapted it for NV, which they were quite allowed to do."

Sounds to me like we will see a version from Kaburke eventually. Also it does appear that Timeslip will no longer be working on this.

Uhhh - huh?

http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1129389-relzwipzbeta-wrye-flash-nv/ has http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1084204-bain-mod-installation-projects/ - already the best installer for any previous version of this game engine.

What more could you hope for? Something less?

Besides getting on top of BAINing your mods now and you are all set for when the bashed patch is made operable.
