I've tried and tried to make a decent looking female face in this game and it seems impossible. I've done some research but can only find mods that offer marginal improvements to the texture of all faces, like Natural Faces. What I want is a mod that replaces the default female pc faces with attractive ones. Is there such a thing?

Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Can't believe we once thought this was good. If there was just one thing I could change about the graphics, it would be the faces. I don't mind that there are older characters or ugly ones. I am bothered by how poorly textured the faces are. Some look like they were painted with a mop. The older faces are the worst.

Many mods I've seen concentrate on making characters look like anime porm stars or something. It would be nice if someone just focused on making the existing faces more detailed and realistic, rather than changing the game into something it was never intended to be.

There are several. Off the top of my head, there's Xeo, which is kinda a pain in the butt to get working, and Colourwheel's sixy Oblivion Overhaul. Both can be found on Nexus. Unsure offhand if they count as "advlt" so no links.
