Achievements bugged>>?

I read something about using the console jacks up achievements. What about achievements like the "Recruit a companion" achievement, or the "level 10" achievement? I'm lvl 31 and don't have either of those achievements. Also a ton of other ones like I know I should have like Lead Dealer (10,000 guns damage).

Also missing quest specific achievements.

I only had to use the console to fix certain quests that bugged out and required me to use some special commands to adjust. And I also use it to make custom save game names. Does that count as using the "console" ?

How do I get these achievements back? TY

Using the console disables achievements for that session.

Meaning if you use the console, you then have to exit the game and restart to re enable them. This is presumably the easiest way of ensuring you don't use the console to give yourself achievments.

For the ones you met the criterea for and didn't get (Because of console use) You'll have to play a new game to get them.

Or reload a gamesave from before the achievement criteria were met and then meet those criteria without any console usage.

Say you found an old gamesave where you're level 9. Play until you level up without touching the console and boom, you get the "reached L10" achievement.
