There's something weird going on

Eh I don't know where to turn to so I'll just post it here. I noticed that the arena blue team gladiator looked to be a vampire. When he's talking I can see his fangs. I thought this was some kind of error then I noticed another NPC a female Ralsa Norvalo had fangs too. Is this normal or is it something to do with my mod list? Eh here you go:

Also I noticed that I got to the Barren Cave that the door was named with a different language. It belongs to Atmospheric Oblivion according to the FormID Finder.

Fangs... I would suspect a race changing mod. RBP has got such an option, but you don't have that. Maybe Cobl Races?? I just don't know. Is that a recent thing that happened, without changes to your modlist? Maybe load an older save and check whether he had fangs already back then? I use RefScope which is similar to FormIDFinder but can show more things. In RefScope you can see where the various parts e.g. Cosmetics come from, maybe would be useful in your case?

No idea about Barren Cave, sorry.

Aside, I do note that your Cobl is not the newest version (which would be 1.73), and your UOP for KoTN is also an older version.

I use this mod also and noticed npcs that are vamps. You will see a lot more of vampires now. I really enjoy this mod.

Eh? Where do I get version 1.73 for COBL? The most recent version I can find from Nexus is 1.72. :eek:

Vampire Hunting doesn't touch the vanilla gladiators or Ralsa Norvalo... Try Nephenee's or Tommy's suggestions with Tes4edit and Refscope.

I just did a check on the arena blue team gladiator and according to the Refscope (thanks guys :biggrin: ) his eyes are changed by COBL. He doesn't belong to the vampire faction so I don't know what I did. Why would it change him into a vampire I have no clue. :ahhh: :brokencomputer: :eek: Any thoughts?

It's not necessary that COBL is changing those NPCs exclusively. check with TES4Edit.

COBL 1.73 isn't a requirement for most mod setups - unless your using Mart's Monster Mod or FCOM.

Thank you for clearing that up. :biggrin: I'll keep that in mind in the future if I decide to install MMM or FCOM.
I have another issue that I find it strange.

I was in the middle of Order of Virtuous Blood Quest in the temple district. I was in front of Roland's house trying to pick the lock to the door. Near by a Khajit named Matron V'Nil was standing over by a building. When I came out he was dead.
According to the Refscope, he belongs to the Better Cities. Is this a normal behavior for an NPC to die all of a sudden? :blink:

Or it could be the issue same as having dead guards that sometimes happened to me with OOO. Keep an eye out to see how often it happens but yeah, it could be he got in a fight and got killed.

I guess there's nothing I could do about it huh? Oh well, I hope he's not an essential quest giver. :stare: :confused:

I don't think anything can kill those. They have the crown symbol when you target them. Or target him, open console, type resurrect. That will bring him back to life.
