I installed this mod a year ago, and coming back to Oblivion recently I having a hard time understanding how to implement it's features. I want to use the mouse wheel to scroll through spells. Can someone please help me out! I know the mod is installed correctly because I can access the menu, I just dont really understand how to bind spells to the mouse wheel.
