Headless Clannfears: What mod(s) isare causing it?

Post » Tue May 08, 2012 10:41 pm

As per the subject title, Clannfears are without their heads (or rather they do have their heads, just that their heads are stretched over an insane area).

I have MMM 3.73, but not entirely sure if it is the absolute latest version (because, frankly, I find following the thread about it and its versions confusing), so not sure if this is a bug, though I'm also aware it could quite easily be mod conflicts (TIE perhaps? Maybe LAME? Maybe even the UOPS family?).

Is there any easy way to fix this (e.g. deleting files placed by one or more mod)? Mod order pointers?

I had this problem a week ago. after looking on the forums I found out all you need to do is clannfear skeleton.nif (also deleted the daedroth skeleton.nif as well) it worked for me so it should work for you.(thought being paranoid I saved copies of the files just in case before I deleted them wouldn't blame you if you did the same lol)

Clanferis Decapitus is a common pest in northeastern Morrowind. They can be easily eliminated by an arrow to the knee.

Yup, deleted the Clannfear mesh files (dunno what placed them there - MMM?), going to do the same to the Daedroth as I noticed them suffering from the same issue. Thanks!

It was a UOP update that caused that. Whenever Kivan gets around to updating the package again, the issue will be resolved then. Until that happens, just remove the Clanfear and Daedroth skeleton.nif files.

Yeah, was aware I just needed to delete the skeleton .nifs, but deleted the created directories entirely for them anyway.
