I’ve been away from Oblivion for a while and decided to return due to the fact that Skyrim CK is taking its sweet time to arrive. I really want to remove all level scaling but ONLY level scaling and I am having a hard time finding a mod for that. Every mod that deals with it usually changes a thousand things as well and I don’t want that. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=37904 can remove level scaling, or tweak it to whatever you want, but for actors\creatures only.
For loot, I don't know of any particular one that only removes level scaling and nothing else, but I'm sure there are too.
