Are 12 gauge, dragon's breath shells affected by the Pyroman : Fallout: New Vegas

It doesn't look like it's affected by Pyromaniac.

If it makes you feel any better, .50 MG explosive rounds aren't affected by Demolition Expert.

As for the DF shells, if it's not affected by Pyromaniac, it ought to be! :flamethrower:

The base damage probably isn't, but the afterburn probably is.
