What's really "found" anymore?

I do enjoy exploring caves and finding my own stuff though. And random finds!

Cheers

I don't. I like to find things on my own. Adds to replayability. Its also why I rarely go into the spoilers section of the forums.

This.

I've been thinking...I use sources like Wikia.com and YouTube to find what there is to find in video games so seemingly often now, there's so few things that I've just discovered all on my own. I've discovered only a handful of unique weapons on my own in the game, and not to mention easter eggs.
But what I was really wondering, does anyone work the same way like that? Does anyone rely on media to thrive in games like Fallout?

I do. I use the Vault from time to time if I want to try and find a unique weapon or something of the sort, or random things in the Wasteland. Sure, I'm not finding them on my own, but I'm not wandering through the mountains and hopping from rock to rock to find a new location when I could do it another way after all. Plus, all of those unique weapons are quite nice to use for the rest of the game if you can find them.
