Seriously guys, the amount of times I've seen Fallout 3: New Vegas is ridiculous.

That's like saying Halo 3: Reach, or modern Warfare 2: Black Ops

lol no its not. the amount of differences and hard work put into fallout new vegas is 10x that of a crappy halo installment.

yeah i know. dont get worked up about it though bro, its only trivial. there is more important things to complain about, like dumbing down of gameplay in elder scrolls or other rpgs, or the government, or how there is starving children in africa. lol never mind me just being an ass but it is needed to be said every now and then. reality check kinda. you know like why am i even wasting time on this forum! :blink:

I would imagine this to be the case, I have yet to see soemone mention New Vegas as Fallout 3: New Vegas - even reading that as a title looks poor. :meh:

People make mistakes, it's a part of life. Some people just casually play the game, so they don't know the title by heart and add '3' by mistake.

So I was playing The Elder Scrolls 6: New Vegas the other day and...wait, I messed that up didn't I

But yeah, I haven't seen someone say Fallout 3: New Vegas since GRA was released. After all the DLCs were done, a lot of people left the forums for a while, including all of the more casual players who would make the mistake.
